CRS - 8000
The Coating Removal System (CRS) is a self-contained, bench top workstation designed for the safe removal of conformal coatings from printed circuit boards and other electronic devices. It uses a bead blasting technique in a clean and deionised air stream. It is electro-static discharge (ESD) safe and chemical free. The work area is brightly illuminated with both white and UV lights, which are user selectable.

Data Capture Pod
The Data Capture Pod works in conjunction with the PinPoint II R system and learns a functional test program at either a device or edge connector level. This provides a way to rapidly create a functional test program by learning and storing the digital activity on the circuit being monitored. With digital and analog data aquisition capability, the Data Capture Pod rapidly samples and acquires data at an edge connector or from an individual device, and then automatically converts this into a functional test program - saving time, effort and money.

Device Test Interface
The Diagnosys DTI range is purposely designed for use in demanding test environments. They provide the physical electrical interface between the pin electronics of the test system and the device being tested. These interfaces are constructed from a special material that is precision milled and drilled, delivering a hard wearing finish that will provide years of use. XJTAG
XJTAG provides high-end, professional hardware and software boundary scan products to speed up circuit design and development, through to production test and field maintenance. We can offer you a full range of JTAG products to help you debug board designs with BGAs, test hardware that includes FPGAs, CPLDs, DSPs or microprocessors, detect faults and prove your design quickly and easily
JTAG can locate assembly defects on circuit boards. To do this JTAG controlled pins drive test patterns on to the PCB nets. These are carefully designed to reveal any 'opens' or 'shorts'. Many existing JTAG products simply apply the principles of "Bed of Nails" testing: creating test vectors, writing them to a circuit and reading the results back to determine a basic pass/fail of a circuit or JTAG device. With XJTAG, the possibilities and capabilities of JTAG extend far beyond this. The XJTAG development system consists of a suite of software products and XJLink (a USB-JTAG connector) that enable users to test and program electronic circuits.
